Our program will be broadcast on:

- Selected Trinity Workplace Learning’s Healthcare Networks: (Ku-Band Digital Receive Sites/Scientific Atlanta PowerVu Receiver)
- Health & Sciences Television Network (HSTN)
- Long Term Care Network (LTCN)
- Joint Commission Satellite Network (JCSN)
- psychLINK / Interactive Medical Networks (IMN)
- C-Band - Galaxy 3C (located at 95 degrees), transponder/channel 4, downlink frequency is 3,780 MHz, Vertical polarization Audio on 6.2 & 6.8 MHz.
If you are a vhatv, HSTN, LTCN, JCSN or psychLINK / Interactive Medical Networks (IMN) subscriber, you will receive the program automatically on your normal channel. HSTN and LTCN sites will not see the test/countdown but will receive the program at the scheduled start time.
vhatv, JCSN, psychLINK / Interactive Medical Networks (IMN) subscribers and the C-Band sites will see our test and countdown signal. The test signal consists of ten (10) minutes of scenery and music, followed by the current FDA Patient Safety News program (15 minutes long) and then a five (5) minute count down to the start of the program.
For technical assistance on the day of the program, please call 800/688-8421. Please note – only limited assistance is available for C-band sites as our customer service representatives will not be familiar with your equipment.
